Qualifications of a Next Level Virtual Assistant

Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1 CEFR level or higher).

Ability to explain and elaborate details with clarity, proper thought organization, spontaneity, and fluency.

Confident communicator across platforms: video calls, phone calls, chat, email, and collaboration tools.

Equipment

Must provide personal equipment/device suitable to complete client tasks and requirements.

Stable primary internet connection with a readily available backup.

Backup power supply or alternate power source in case of outages.

Professional Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Virtual/Remote Worker, OR

At least 1 year of experience working with foreign businesses (US, EU, AUS, SG, etc.), OR

BPO industry background: at least 6 months in Tier 1 (CSR, TSR, Sales) plus 1 year in a support/supervisory role or higher.

Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Experience with CRMs, project management tools, marketing platforms, or page builders is highly preferred.

Previous client-facing communication or client management experience is an advantage.

Storage: At least 1GB available space
