Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand & Creative Compliance Virtual Partner (VP) to support eXp Realty agents across Australia by ensuring strict adherence to brokerage branding standards and creative direction. This role is ideal for a creative professional who understands real estate branding, digital marketing visuals, and brand governance, with strong administrative skills to manage processes, documentation, and agent support efficiently. The VP will serve as a brand guardian, creative producer, advisor, and administrative coordinator, helping agents stay compliant while elevating their marketing presence across digital and print platforms. The position is part-time (20 hours per week) and will work closely with agents, leadership, and marketing teams to ensure consistency, professionalism, and brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Audit & Compliance Conduct comprehensive brand audits for individual agents and teams

Review existing digital and print materials for compliance with eXp Realty Australia branding guidelines Identify inconsistencies and provide corrective recommendations

Ensure brand assets are applied correctly across all platforms

Brand Guidelines & Documentation Develop and refine brand guideline documents for agent use

Create clear, easy-to-follow brand reference materials and templates

Maintain and manage a centralized library of approved brand assets

Social Media & Marketing Audit

Audit agent social media profiles for branding consistency and compliance

Provide actionable feedback to improve visual alignment and brand presence

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaigns follow approved creative direction Creative Production & Design Support Design and produce digital and print marketing materials to support agents, including: Social media graphics and templates Print flyers, brochures, postcards, and listing presentations Digital ads, banners, and promotional visuals Branded documents, slide decks, and agent collateral Use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and refine materials Support visuals for funnels, landing pages, and digital campaigns Assist with light web design visuals (graphics only; no coding required) Administrative Support & Process Management Maintain organized records of brand audits, compliance reports, and action items Track project timelines, creative assets, and version control Support agent onboarding and scheduling for branding tasks and initiatives Ensure documentation and templates are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible Monitor task progress and follow-ups to keep projects on schedule Assist with general administrative coordination to support agents and the marketing team Agent Guidance & Brand Education Act as a branding and creative resource for agents Guide agents on proper use of brand assets and templates Answer branding-related questions and provide best-practice recommendations Proactively support agents in maintaining ongoing brand compliance Required Experience & Skills Professional Background Proven experience in branding, creative production, or digital marketing Experience producing both digital and print marketing materials Real estate or brokerage branding experience is highly preferred Demonstrated administrative skills such as organization, documentation, and process management Tools & Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Canva Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of print-ready design standards (layouts, sizing, bleed, resolution) Basic understanding of web and funnel visuals (branding consistency, layout hierarchy) Comfortable auditing social media platforms and marketing assets Proficient in administrative tools for organization, task tracking, and documentation Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and visual consistency Clear communicator able to explain brand standards confidently Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented Comfortable working directly with agents and providing constructive feedback Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain administrative accuracy
